Information we collect
When you fill out our information request form, we collect:
- your first and last name;
- your email address;
- your phone number and company name, if you choose to provide them;
- the details of your request (division, locations, type of freight, dates, type of storage, message).
Please do not include sensitive information in your message. As with any website, our hosting provider may also keep technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time) for security and proper operation.
How we use your information
We use your information only to:
- respond to your request for information or a quote;
- communicate with you about that request;
- follow up on any business relationship that may result from it;
- ensure the security and proper operation of the website.
We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for marketing purposes without your consent.
Consent
By checking the box provided in the form, you consent to our use of your information for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the person in charge of the protection of personal information.
Sharing with third parties
Your information is accessible only to staff members who need it to perform their duties. It may be shared with service providers who help us operate the website, such as hosting or email delivery. These providers are required to protect your information and to use it only for the intended purposes.
Some providers may store information outside Quebec. In that case, we first ensure that it will receive adequate protection, as required by law. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep your information for as long as necessary to process your request and any resulting follow-up, subject to the retention periods required by law. It is then securely destroyed or anonymized.
We apply reasonable security measures to protect your information against loss, theft and unauthorized access, including restricting access to authorized persons only.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use any analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. It only uses the browser's session storage to remember, for the duration of your visit, that the opening animation has already been shown; no personal information is stored there. Fonts are hosted on our own servers.
Our pages offer a map provided by Google Maps. It only loads if you choose to display it; Google may then collect certain information, such as your IP address, and set its own cookies, in accordance with its own privacy policy.
The information request form is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile. To perform this check, Cloudflare processes certain technical data, such as your IP address and information about your browser, in accordance with its privacy policy. This data may be processed outside Quebec.
Website analytics
To find out which pages are viewed, we measure website traffic with a tool hosted on our own servers, without cookies and without any external service. For each page view, we record the page, the website you came from if any, the device type, the country inferred from your browser's language and the length of the visit.
Your IP address is never stored. It is only used, together with your browser's technical data and a random value renewed every day, to compute an anonymous fingerprint used to count visitors within a single day. Because the previous day's value is destroyed, this fingerprint cannot identify you or track you from one day to the next. These statistics are kept for 13 months.
Your rights
Subject to the exceptions provided by law, you may:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- request its correction if it is inaccurate, incomplete or equivocal;
- withdraw your consent to its use;
- request that it no longer be disseminated or that it be de-indexed;
- obtain your information in a structured, commonly used technological format.
To exercise these rights, write to the person in charge of the protection of personal information. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Confidentiality incidents
If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the persons concerned. We keep a register of confidentiality incidents, as required by law.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, along with its last update date. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
